About the Belrose Glass Ceiling Light: 

• The all-over hobnail pattern is the repeating raised bubble design across the full outter surface, catches and diffracts light in every direction. The inner is smooth, creating a soft, scattered glow when illuminated. 
• The hobnail pattern has been a hallmark of pressed glass craftsmanship since the Victorian era. A design tradition that has remained in production for over 150 years, finding renewed popularity in mid-century domestic lighting of the 1950s and 1960s. Paired with a round filament bulb, this fitting recreates that period feel with genuine authenticity.
• Substantial 1.9kg construction signals genuine quality and material presence.
• The shade is pressed glass. Bubbles, lines, slight surface imperfections or discolouration are characteristics of all pressed glass. They are not considered defects.
• The steel batten fixtures are available in three finishes. Choose from black, white, or gold/brass batten holder to complement your style.

• The lampholder has a removable lamp shade ring and takes a standard bayonet (B22) bulb. Max 40W.
